39 weeks and still very pregnant. I don’t know if you can tell in the picture or not, but my baby? She hasn’t dropped. Like even an inch. In fact, I think she is actually climbing up higher if that is even possible. However, in the past couple days I have started to lose my mucous plug, and all the sites I have read remind me that this means I may go into labor in “the next couple days or even weeks.” But hey, at least my body is anticipating delivery at some point.

holy moley! that child is hanging on! maybe she thinks she needs to come out of your top end instead of your bottom end 🙂
I tend to have a love hate relationship with my mucus plug…Love it because it means the baby is on the way. Getting close!
Hate it because it can give false hope (I lost mine like around 37 weeks and I thought my water broke so we went to the hospital only to be sent home 2 weeks BEFORE I was eventually induced….)
I am making Christmas cookies right now. Something about having a kiddo is brining out the domestic diva in me and the kid can’t even ENJOY cookies yet. ARG…..those last 10 pounds are NEVER coming off of me! See you tomorrow!
You can lose your mucus plug a loooong time befor eyou give brith. I knew my daughter was close when i got the sudden urge to re fold and move around her entire dresser full of new clothes waiting to be worn i even took one out and puit it in the bassanett to see what it was going to look like in there…less then a week later she arrived!!
